By using Split Today you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Split Today is a shared ledger for tracking group expenses: who paid, who owes, and settle-up suggestions. It does not move money. "Mark as settled" records that a payment happened outside the app; no funds are transferred, held, or processed by us. Split Today is not a payment service, wallet, bank, or financial adviser, and balances shown are informational — resolving actual debts is between you and your group.
You sign in with Google and must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account anytime in the app (how deletion works).
You and your group members enter group names, member names, and expense entries. You keep ownership of that content and grant us the license needed to store it and show it to your group. Do not use Split Today to post unlawful, hateful, or harassing content, impersonate others, or attempt to access other groups' data. Groups are private and invite-only; anyone with a group's invite link can see a read-only preview of it, so share links only with people you want in the group. To report abusive content, email speeddevelop.dev@gmail.com; we may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
The app is provided "as is", free of charge for its core features. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free balances, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses or for disputes between group members. We may modify or discontinue features, and may terminate accounts that violate these terms.
How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy.
